Are you insured?Yes Ray has insurance! It would be silly not to!

Do you move furniture?No - Ray will not generally move furniture (only the lighter things), so please make sure this is moved prior to his arrival.

What should I do to prepare for a steam clean?Do not vacuum - Ray has a commercial grade vacuum he will use before he starts steam cleaning. Please restrain any pets - Ray loves them - but they may be distressed by the loud noise of the motorized truck mounted steam cleaner. Payment will be required upon invoice (usually that evening) so please check your email that evening.

Will all the stains be removed? And can you guarantee your work ?Even though Ray works diligently and is professionally trained - some stains will not be able to be removed. This can be due to a number of factors: - how long the stain has been present - if anything was used to try and remove the stain (which could have made it set) - the type of stain and how that material has reacted with the fibre of the couch

How long will my carpet take to dry?How long is a piece of string - this depends on the temperature in your home. It can be as quick as an hour - to a few hours. For your convenience, try to wait your couch/carpet is fully dry before walking/sitting on it.

How often should I have my carpet/couch cleaned?It depends on how much traffic it has! Anywhere from 3 months to 12 months is Ray’s recommendation.

Is it safe for pets, babies and children?Absolutely safe! Ray uses the most low tox products he can obtain to steam clean carpets and couches.

Why are others cheaper?Paying less for a service, is worthless if it doesn’t give you reliability, genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You do get what you pay for. There are many steam cleaners that will give you an estimate, and upon arrival, will change their quote, knowing you don’t have any other option. With our fixed price quotes - they will not change, unless you have not accurately provided details or we encounter heavy ingrained dirt that you have not previously told us about.
